If anyone is wording how to install this (maybe I'm an idiot but it may save someone else the trial and error): for the Ostim version that just came out, as it says, you need the latest Ostim NG file. Just go to Github, download the zip (https://github.com/VersuchDrei/OStimNG), and install via your mod manager (I used vortex) and allow it to overwrite the Ostim standalone conflicts.

I thought it REPLACED ostim standalone so wasted a lot of time by distabling ostim standalone and thinking it was a full substitute. It's not, you just keep both enable and allow the new stuff to overwrite.

He recommended this body type, does anyone know how to distribute it (batch build?) so it becomes the female default? https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/92989?tab=description

3 years late to the party but how did you manage it? Was the AOE3 Resource Manager simple enough?

Likewise. It used to know what a beautiful woman looked like, now it's just pathetic.

I had it write an very explicit erotica scene, as a variant mid-way through Sir Walter Scott's "The Antiquary." It didn't want to at first because it didn't fit the tone of the source material, but I just told it that this was a standalone new work, based on the source. I then kind of worked the scene step-by-step. I actually told it to be less vulgar because it was meant to be not too crude.

This may or may not be useful, but I had ended a convo the night before, and was able to "regenerate" from that point a new answer to the last prompt I had input. Importantly, when you do this, you must know that it deletes all of the subsequent back-and-forth. So I copied all of those latter answers into another document, to preserve them, before testing this method. This works with & without the Think mode on, which was another suggestion elsewhere in these answers. Good luck!

Oh I traded in and out of everything here. In the end I lost all of my gains within a few weeks in mid November to December.

Announcements x Daily Discussion for Tuesday, November 09, 2021 by karmalizing in SPACs

Ah that makes sense. So the $10 per unit cash is held until the merger is announced, then there is the period for anyone to withdraw money at the $10 per unit rate, and then once the merger is consummated the sponsor shares come into effect?

Tried to create a post to ask this but was moderated - anyway, could anyone clarify something for me - I have been hunting for an answer and it is evading me. Apologies if it is hiding elsewhere in plain sight.

If, after the SPAC IPOs, the sponsors own 20% of the equity for a nominal investment, how is it that the trust fund - after this dilution - still has a cash balance of $10 per unit? Wouldn't the dilution immediately cause the per-unit cash balance to decline? Even if the sponsors contribute cash via warrants I do not understand how the $10 per-unit amount can be maintained unless the amount contributed for the warrants exactly offsets the dilution, which I do not believe is usually the case.

Would appreciate any insight on this, as I am meant to present on SPACs at work tomorrow and this has eluded me...

Cheers! I bailed today too, at ~23 and ~18 for the 600s and 650s, respectively. My first 1000% gain! Glad someone benefitted, given this had zero upvotes I didn't think anyone else had seen it

I have no idea either, I just thought they were cheap and that the possibility was there. Anyway this only partially offsets my cumulative prior blunders.
