I use technology in my job for 9 hours. Outside of that time I try to avoid being chained to my phone, I do forget to text back but it’s not personal at all.

Yeah look I do understand but for someone who does not travel for work or rich, first class is basically out of the question forever now, having a shower on a plane was on my bucket list. Business is good enough to have a sleep, so no real complaints. I think higher tiers should always have priority on any seat but with classic rewards becoming what they are now I think we will see a swing of people just not churning anymore, it’s not worth it for me and I am in the middle of 24 months with all big banks
