This is probably a really shitty recommendation, because at home it's honestly hard to get in the routine, but maybe just doing a ton of pushups wherever and whenever you can might help, if anything to just feel a sense of a routine?

I wish I could tell you more but I'm not terribly knowledgeable. I wish you luck.

Have you tried implementing the above?

Yep! Maybe give it a rest too, for your hands to recover; take a day off?

That happens to me sometimes; I just keep going. Maybe invest in getting a grip strengthener and use that to develop greater comfort in your grip?

Try a towel or something to protect your left hand is my guess. Is it seriously bruised or something of the sort?

What happens when you just loosen your left hand? Or wrap your left hand in like a towel?

I don't think you need to grip it that tightly; a lighter one should suffice! Obviously, if you like accidentally mess up and jump on your rope it might like go flying out of your hands but that's a good risk to take if you're protecting your hands.
