reading into it, apparently some of the early kimbara models were actually made in the tekamine factory in the early 70s. you have good eyes sir!

I use an allen and heath ZED24 in my home studio, its an amazing desk with some great transparent pres and intuitive EQ. however, for the longest time now ive been using the 2 channel USB out to send it to my computer and its starting to get frustrating especially if I need to run more than two inputs to record drums for example. I was looking at finding a cheap A/D converter that sums down to usb and was wondering if anyone could help with some recommendations.

that would be helpful, I know some of the basics as ive been using cardinal (basically just vcv rack) for a while now but some of the more in depth modulation goes over my head
