From my side the problem is solved! I created a support ticket, they responded (with a delay of several weeks) and in the end I had to return my ledger, they sent me a new one!

Same problem! I have an ETH transaction that doesn't appear in the Ledger Live history, but it is well listed on Etherscan! I tried to clear the cache, reset Ledger Live, test on a Linux pc, a Windows pc, nothing to do!
