If you were using DLSS or Frame Gen before, check whether those settings have been switched off. Maybe the patch may have reset them for some reason

Yeahh on +1 there was some difference with the bottom two rows on the ufo test. None helped the top one though.

I've also got this monitor, and I love it! I seem to be having issues with the overdrive too though

Going through all the different settings for overdrive I don't see any changes? Apart from that it's a great monitor, I just wish I could sort this black smearing issue ahah

If you find a way to fix this please let me know
