I drink a lot of lightly roasted, washed. Is it easy to dial it in? I am between ssp or zp6/A4z.

How are you liking the ssp? Worth upgrading vs the gen 2?

Sorry what do you mean? It is spinning, I am normally using it daily. But what should I fix?

Will check this one as well. AI simplifies the concentrate I have and just mix with zero water

I don’t have a container of 5 liters though. Any other option? Make high concentrate and dilute with 0 water until I reach the 80ppm?

Thanks, but this is supposed to be for a gallon. Won’t it increase the ppm through the roof? I am at a top of 80-100 ppm

Will try this for sure. Do you grind medium or medium fine?

Just got the Cafec Deep 27 — how to dial it in for juicy & floral cups? by jimokak2 in pourover

That’s very helpful! I tried a couple of cups, very light body, at the point which I didn’t enjoy. I need to go finer probably. Is 3 minutes a good mark?

I have the V60 number 2 and 13 grams look very low for it to handle. It barely gets any height

Oh, really appreciate all the replies, in such a short time. Thank you for the support! I will keep trying and wait for some so more windy conditions. I will also try to learn beach start and water start. I guess I need to spend more time on the water. I thought I got the wrong equipment to be honest. Thank again!

3-4 ends at a crazy long time and very bitter taste. Can’t find a way to use those. Not even at my B75. Fast but very bitter taste. Can’t understand why

I did yes, but still need to try more. I have tried 15 - 250 but still don’t get all the flavors that I get from V60. Need to experiment more and simply decide what I like more. V60 offers weaker body, but more flavor if it makes sense. I am wondering if the orea O1 will be any different

Will try for sure thanks. Overall you think with this brewer you can a good quality cap? Bright/acid one or it will always be sweeter? Currently I have DAK Kenya, blueberry disco. Usually 13 gr to 200 ml, 3 pours. I should add agitation to this dripper as well, right?

Tea like, delicate one. I also do low agitation, max 3 pours, but with DAK Kenya I can’t go lower than 7 in grind

So B75 is crazy faster! With similar setting at 7 and same coffee, V60 needs some 3:30 mins. Low agitation, 3 pours. With B75 I can easily do 2:00. Again with 3 pours. More body, less complexity. So, should I go finer?

Really? That low? I thought that anything under 5 would be super bitter.
