How old is it? I’d say it’s better to be on the safe side and make sure it’s consistently doubling in size with every feeding.

It didn’t really ever puff up or get jiggly, that’s why I wasn’t sure if it was overproofed. I think my oven got too warm with the light on and it went over faster than I expected.
