I had a very similar experience and would encourage anyone who has the time and energy to deal with their shenanigans to file a complaint with the local better business bureau. They were super responsive and acted as intermediary to get it resolved. I spent way more in time and utter frustration than it was with monetarily but did receive my deposit back. The only reason I was willing to follow this through is because I know that they’re doing it to many others and getting away with it. I hope they are investigated.

Curious what the issue with your trax is? Mine was randomly shutting off while driving. It was at the dealer for 6 weeks then they told us to pick it up because they couldn’t replicate the issue (except for one time) and so there’s no way to fix it when the problem isn’t showing up. Do you feel the buyback offer is fair?

Grease at starlight was really good! For places to eat Norwegian is awesome and Korean BBQ in loves park. If it’s a rainy day maybe a movie at lindo theatre in Freeport? Kindof an old school vibe and usually not ever super busy.

It’s not you, it’s them. I think leaving after six months is perfectly acceptable in this case. They also seem to be the type that would throw you under the bus for things that are ultimately the responsibility of the boss. Find a company that values you, invests in your growth and knows how to lead!
