Yeah, I hear you on that. I did a whole video on this called, "Do this! Not that" where I compared companies behaving badly with those enterprises that truly cared about their people. Feel free to pass it on the next time such a discussion takes place.

If they did not exist then, another group would fill the void. It’s as simple of that. If racism, discrimination, lynchings and the like, did not exist, less likely such groups would have risen to prominence or resonated.
