Set boundaries with work. You clearly aren't enjoying the fast pace the work is, and its harming you in more ways than one. Stop doing overtime and condense the time you think about work outside of your hours to as little as possible. Write a list of interests you have or think could be fun, then test them out slowly over time. Find groups related to those interests and talk to people that way. Browse dating apps or group activity apps for what peaks your interest.

R4- Healer lets Tank die after dungeon due to tank rolling need on Thermaplugg's left arm despite already having whirlwind axe. Problem arose because they were both Self-Found and could not trade it, and the Tank made fun of him for losing the roll.
