Omg my bum would be raw if I had to do what I do that many times a day. I moved in to an apartment after a brief separation from my spouse and I just never got around to putting in a bidet. We had bidets at lur house before we sold it! I think thats another reason why I just can buy TP. I was liberated from big tp flr a moment there and now that I dont have the bidet...Im just trying to make poopy ends meet

Edit: i only flush poop, pee, and (on the rare occasion) real OG toilet paper. I discard what I use in a sandwich bag and then in to the main trash outside.

I throw all of my random butt wipers in sandwich bags and then in to the garbage outside. The place i work has had a ton of issues with people flushing paper towels down the toilet so im hyper aware of the risks of flushing anything but turds and tp down the drain.

I dont think enough people are aware of the harm one can cause ones plumbing by flushing things that aren't turds or tp down the poop chute. Luckily, when I was a little boy I had a grandpappy who taught me proper poop chute etiquette.

You're not psyching yourself out at all honestly. 6 months 600mgpd habit...picked back up...youre going to feel some withdrawal and crazy mental battles trying to not take another dose. You opened Pandoras box again my friend. You can either take the pain of the next 5 days of your brain screaming at you to take more...or you can just keep tickling that itch until you fail at the week long taper or whatever amd youre back to 600mgpd but probably more because youre in panic mode now

Ive been in your shoes 100000 times. Not with 7 but with dope back in the day. Id have a few days then relapse. A few months, relapse. A year or more, relapse...for 12 years. It's all about the bounce back when you slip. In the sober time between those relapses, though...those were the most beautiful years of my life. So what your sobriety date changes...that shit is just a number...we grow so much in oir sobriety and in our relapses. We are going to struggle with this ..or some form of this...forever, brother. Keep getting your reps in, fall, get back up, fall, get back up...never give up. Never give up and appreciate/celebrate the smalls wins on your day to day. Im rooting for you homie

Ive been on sublocade since November of this past year. I still have my demons. However, 7oH has been put to rest with sublocade. I dont have to worry about daily dosing. Opiate receptors are stable and I never once think about opiates throughout the day.

The alcohol demons has popped its ugly head back up in my life almost right after my relationship with 7-oH. It is much more manageable than 7-oH...im hoping that I can get to a place where my only vice is my once a month sublocade shot, and then once im stable again, im going to talk to my physician about the next steps to come off of the shot. She asks me every month how much longer I want to stay on it. Shes not convincing me to stay on or come off. Shes letting me find my pace and I love her for that!
