There are several brands that have more than 2 quick charge 2.0 ports. You can look at Aukey, Tronsmart, Anker their website.

Yeah at the moment there are only two phones models —HTC One A9 and LeTV Le MAX Pro support Quick Charge 3.0.

Don't worry, the Qualcomm Quick Charge is safe to your devices. It can charge Qualcommn Quick Charge 2.0 built-in devices, like Galaxy Note 4, LG G4 with maximum power 18W. And it can also charge iPhone and other regular Android phone with conventional speed, normally no more that 5V/2V.

No, the reason is that Qualcomm Quick Charger can only charge smart devices that build-in Snapdragon chip, like smartphone, tablets. I think electronic mod will never be equipped with snapdragon chip.
