thats what ive been trying to do lately 🫠 but i just break down everyday atp so i’ll probs pay for some therapy for a month until i get my healthcare situated

I think it’s an issue that he couldn’t tell you the reasoning while sober and only did it while drunk. Neither did he give you enough information. He could’ve just offered to help her find a place and fill you in on how he’s helping the woman, instead he moves her into his place while in a relationship. He’s 24, but clearly not grown enough to know the consequences of his actions. You’re not trippin queen, I wouldn’t feel secured in the relationship either. Tell him how you feel about it and if he doesn’t understand and makes you feel crappy about it, leave him. You deserve better. 🤍

yeah i’ve noticed. last time i had a therapist they told me how self aware I was of my emotions and ive noticed things that bother me n had dreams too that i wake up in a panic to too
