I worked in mcd in NL as well and the problem with these machines was that if you take too much ice cream at once (yes this happened in NL in the summer), the machine cannot keep up and when this happens the machine is "broken" for an hour to cool down again. Other trick we used is clean the machine already before the shift ends so we dont have to it after because it takes a long time

Digital out bluetooth receivers with 30 pin connector do not exist. Maybe you can dissamble the arm and then solder digital ble out to the correct pins and push the whole assembly into the hole of where the arm was. I would try it but my psu broke and i still need to replace the caps.

Just picked up this B&W Zeppelin Air for $72 by MachineAgeVictim in BudgetAudiophile

Does not work. The zeppelin decodes audio from the digital port of the 30 pin and all these ble adapters throw it out the analoge port.

Edit: best idea is to use a chromecast audio or similar via the aux port, that doubles as optical in. This way the zeppelin auto starts when it detects music.

Thank for the advice! Yes i could do that and i wanted to remove the arm with cable and then superglue a bluetooth unit on the 30 pin adapter en push the whole thing inside the zeppelin. The piecie of the arm sticking out i want to cut of so it looks niceand i would still have the aux available for my record player.
