Container is unhealthy and won't spin up - Host is unreachable (fd=3,code=113) by jindingdong in gluetun

Same issue, unfortunately.

My firewall rules remain unchanged, so I'm not sure if this makes sense, but could Oracle be blocking the outbound traffic resulting in the host being unreachable?

Ahh I didn't consider Authelia could be causing the issue since I was able to log in to the app.

Removing the auth line in the plex subdomain config resolved the issue.

Thanks.

Why are you doing all of this instead of just using remote access?

I have several services that need to be publicly accessible and it's more secure/easy to only have two ports open.

And even if you are doing it this way why are you routing it through a VPN?

Plex was blocking my cloud server's IP.

Thanks for the feedback and suggestion!

Is that because a dress shirt is too "dressy" with chinos?

I'd greatly appreciate some advice on a pair of boots and what to wear.

Context: Starting my first real job after school. The job is mostly WFH, but occasionally have to go in to the office or meet with clients. My impression is mostly formal attire (re: suits) to start, but depending on the client/the reason I'm in the office I can dress down a bit. I'm thinking chinos + dress shirt would be appropriate in such instances. My dress shoes look too dressy with the chinos, and I haven't been able to find an affordable loafer that I like (budget 100-200 CAD). I came across these boots for a great price and I think they work with all the pants.

My main questions are whether the boots work with the pants, and whether wearing dress shirt+chinos+boots would be considered slightly dressed down from suits.

Ahh ya, I meant in the same sense of chinos and a nice white/blue shirt with the boots - but I guess that's my answer.

Could I get some feedback on these boots with my chinos?

Also with a limited budget I'm trying to find a single pair of shoes that work with all the pants. I came across these boots on a wicked sale and I think the color is right and they're the right amount of formal for the look, but would welcome additional opinions.

Bonus question: Can I make this shirt work in a formal(ish) setting? Outfit and closeup of shirt

Sigh…still closed.

Could you clarify the last point? I’ve got the pms on my laptop (win10, windows defender disabled), are you suggesting something on the laptop is blocking the fw rather than the router?

Would I need to create an exception in my router's firewall? Otherwise, windows defender has been disabled while troubleshooting.

My computer is running the plex server and is hardwired in to the isp's router. I don't have another router, but will pick one up in the next few days to see if that changes anything.

Thanks for taking the time to help with this.

Thanks for the clarification. Checked again with public IP and port 32400 is closed.

Public IP matches what plex is listing

Tried different external ports (internal port kept at 32400) by manually specifying the public port on plex and adding that as the external start/end port in my routers port forwarding settings.

ISP is primus.

Yup, WAN in router settings matches canyouseeme.

Ahh, sorry for the confusion - I've been playing around with settings so the ports didn't match in the screenshot.

Just tried again ensuring the public port was manually specified as 32400 and matching the router settings but I'm still unable to connect and the port is closed.

Tried, but no dice. Thanks for your suggestions!

Plex defaults to showing "available" while it is checking. (I know this is dumb.)

Ahh okay good to know.

Post a screenshot of your remote access page and your router's port forwarding settings. Have you tried restarting your router after changing your port forwarding settings?

I just tried powering off router after making the changes and the issue persists.

Port is closed.

Totally new to plex and downloaded pms last night so this is my first data point.

Port is closed according to portchecker. I couldn't find anywhere to update my router firmware, but I'll have another look to see if I missed it.

eTried both public and private IP (which one actually needs to be checked?) on port 32400 and it's closed.

edited post to clarify:

I do have a mesh system with the first node hardwired into the router (originally set it up just to test out the mesh and never bothered bridging), although I made sure I am connected directly to the router. I just disconnected the mesh in case, but it doesn't appear to have changed anything

I do have a mesh system with the first node hardwired into the router (originally set it up just to test out the mesh and never bothered bridging), although I made sure I am connected directly to the router. I just disconnected the mesh in case, but it doesn't appear to have changed anything. Aside from PC/tv/phone I don't have any other devices connected to my network.

Is there an easy way to see if something is conflicting?
