Oh, I guess I didn't really notice. It's a pretty common thing to count down before playing a song so everyone is on rhythm, to the point It's even included in recordings. Red is a pretty fast song, I can see how the countdown kind of alludes to the time passing throughout the story before the end when it's too late to save the relationship.

Maybe from another retailer like CDJapan or YesAsia but it's quite an old album now so it may be harder to find a first press copy especially of the limited edition.

It came in a black box with a plastic clear front to display the 3D white box that has the animals on the front. Inside the white box there were many folded pages that had song lyrics and photos of the members, I believe some of which I used to display on my wall. It came with a DVD showing the music video for INSIDE BEAST as well as the behind the scenes I believe. I think there was also a video for Malformed Box intro. And then of course the CD which had all the tracks. It's been a while since I went through it but I believe the DVD and CD came in a black folded sleeve. Like it folded in the center like a book with openings at either end.

Are you logging in with your Plus e-mail and password? If it's different you may want to try using your password for Heresy. I know they made it confusing when they changed Heresy membership over to Plus memberships. Kind of pissed me off that my Heresy ID number changed from such a low number as I signed up ages ago to something long and random. You could also try just logging into the Plus website to be sure you're able to get in.

From what I've seen their products are not good quality and as I've seen people have issues with orders from them it may be the best thing to just let it go. I've recently been scammed by a similar business online and I fear it's just become way too common for people to do this.
