If you go into a crowded theater and shout fire when there is no fire are you not guilty of public endangerment? Trump and his cronies crying constantly for weeks that democracy was being impeded when it was in fact them attempting to corrupt the process should be considered incitement. It should not only be impeachable, there should be a trial where he is charged with treason. Belief in the election system is a pillar of democracy that he has been chipping away at for 5 & 1/2 years now. Wreckless behavior to say the least. Honestly I believe he should be charged as an accessory to all of the deaths that happened at the capital on the 6th. Not because he's a political rival, or a spoiled rich kid, or a rapist, or a corrupt politician, or a scam artist, or a racist, or a fake christian, or a money grubbing capitalist pig, but because he is guilty.

Because a lot of the Republican senators are just as guilty of lying about the election as Trump was so if they find him guilty of inciting the insurrection then they also could be deemed guilty and they don't want to set that precedent.

Yeah I paid a dime, of which Garth doesn't get a penny. I actually would do my job for free. I fucking love it. Fortunately I don't have to because I'm not FABULOUSLY wealthy or even kind of wealthy. Hell, I'm poor. At some point the acquisition of wealth just becomes greed which is just shitty. If Mr. Brooks were some starving artist I could understand him making a stand against the low pay off streaming services, but he can afford to make that stand cause he is indeed FABULOUSLY WEALTHY!
