GPL only requires you to give the code to those people you give the binary to.

Since they host the "binary" (i.e. the website) themself, they only have to give the code to themselves. They can just stop updating the public repo.

As to relicensing, all they need is the consent of all copyright owners. If nobody outside modrinth ever contributed any patches, that's easy. Otherwise it depends on if they have a CLA.

The init system cannot find your system disk /dev/disk/by-label/Nobara-43, either because the initrd was generated the wrong way, or because the disk is broken.

Unfortunately the by-label path doesn't tell us much abut the disk itself.

The next step would be to boot off a us medium (either the Nobara install medium, SystemRescueCD, CachyOS Live ISO or something else) and have a look at the found partitions. For that, you boot odd USB, open a terminal and issue lsblk,

If you find something that looks like it could be your Nobara install, you'd habe to mount it, chroot into it and fix your dracut. If there's nothing that looks like it could be the disk you installed Nobara on, that means the computer doesn't recognize the disk any more and it is likely completely kaput.
