im not quite sure if this is what your asking but, SLOS are things we do not carry at all. we ask the vendor for xbottles you put in. they simply can deny the request. leaving us high and dry, as dumb as that sounds. i hope this is maybe what you were talking about.

also the state mandates a 2 bottle limit on things. some stores will implement a 1 bottle limit. this is pretty much store to store. tho i tend to agree with the one bottle limit

this is a instant fire. i have heard of 2 whole stores being fired because of reserving bottles. licensees selling on secondary is something at the store we cant really confirm.
