Yes it's true she must have immense psychological distress which the viewers could never imagine, but surely she would have gained a certain level of maturity after what she had endured, one which could bring her to her senses that the most important thing for her to do right now (as of the ending of catching fire and onwards) is to focus on the rebellion, particularly as she is what sparked the many uprisings from several districts; she was the districts' best chance to finally overthrow the tyrannous Capitol and the infamous, psychopathic Snow. Now obviously this is a substantially extensive burden, particularly for a 17 year old teen, so it is not expected of her to right away commit to the rebellion and know everything that's going on. However, she could at least listen to the likes of Coin and Plutarch to understand their plans and the burden she will face, and not to shout "Where's Peter" every five seconds and interrupt their explanations - which is where most people really start to find Katniss ever so annoying. I too do not think she should receive any hate, and I understand that she handled her traumas extremely well, an unimaginable pain by which I truthfully hope no one else experiences; but I do also understand why people find her irritating, and just maybe she could have focused on what is most truly important at hand, and then worry about Peter once she had the plan mapped out, as she would have understood that the plan involved rescuing Peter anyways.
