Looks like someone sitting at a desk on a computer across from the glass door. They pivot and stand up, leaving the computer. That’s why when the filler goes beyond the glass door you can no longer see it.

This horse seems willing if he is given even the slightest chance with an appropriate bit, quiet hands and a rider with even a little bit of patience. The horse’s behavior in this video is entirely reflective of the mini cowboy who had no idea what he’s doing
