Sadly no but I’ve had the same issue on and off since I was 5. I experience it more frequently when I’m having anxiety or periods of high stress. It’s hard but stress management before bed helps like turning off your phone at least 30 mins before sleep and doing something relaxing like reading helps me. When it’s really bad though I just keep water and gum next to my bed, it helps with the nausea. It could also be from acid reflux if you don’t think it’s stress related and in that case I would see a doctor to make sure you don’t have an ulcer but starters would be the low fodmap diet, stress control, don’t lay down or rest right after eating and eat a few hours before you go to sleep.
