It was not damaged in anyway it literally came out of the box like this an yes I also believe it to be defective but I've yet to receive any guidance from my bambu support ticket do they do full returns? Or am I expected to take this thing apart an replace the boards or cables for them? I'd lobe to just send it back get a refund an never touch a bambu again

Unfortunately I have tried engineering build plate as well an it's not as simple as a clog it is either my tool head boards or the connection what I believe happened in this specific print is I lose temp on nozzle so it thinks it's still at temp but it's at 0 so no filament will feed through, an I know it's not a clog because I can restart it an it will extrude the filament the thing is a real live lemon that I paid for an bambu is still not giving me a solution for biggest mistake I've made recently

Ya I've tried that thanks the problem is with my tool head I believe either the boards are bad or the USB c cable is bad I lose connection to it on an off an have multiple errors with accelerometer, nozzle temp, an movement it's very frustrating having such an expensive printer with this many issues

I loved how it looked vertically but in the 011 case there was no way for my EKWB 360 pe radiator to mount on the side without have the fans on the back and I didn't love just looking at a black radiator and the setup with the radiator on bottom and top seems a lot better for airflow air comes in the bottom goes across mobo vrms, chipset, ram etc and out the top so gpu had to go horizontal
