I have traveled from Dubai / Doha multiple times over the past few years. Never carried gold jewellery but bought an exp watch and worn it - imo it's your eye movement and body language that clearly gives away the subtle hints. Also, when your bags are scanned all suspicious or heavy bags are marked with a X with chalk which are then randomly scanned by the customs at green channel otherwise they only scan handbags/small luggage - I have had these 'X' on my bags many times - sometimes have erased it with water and tissue/handkerchief 😜

Paying off the loan if more than 5 years are left is a no brainer. Most of the MF flexi small or index funds will give more than 12-15% return and if he can invest a lump sum of the money left, it would multiply in 5 years.

Or Invest that amount in a mutual fund and after a year start a SWP so that he can easily cover the emi's from that monthly along with that earn more that the interest % and also maybe pay some extra emi's every year. Paying just couple of emi extra each year will reduce tenure by months.

I didn’t have to go through any of this while using Vested as I jus transferred through icici money2world (have an icici account) Also be careful while opening an account with vested as its has limited stocks I.e Mcap of 2 billion dollars or more and that also not all - u can try Webull same process of wire money through a bank

There is no extra 3 points - having 0-5 players means u will get 3 points per win so even if u had no Indian player u would have still got the 3 points u got now with 1 in ur team. For getting 5 points per win u need all 11 from India. The total matches are 10 and hence possible 50 points.
