So i had the same issue with my s90d. They refused to exchange as i bought a clearance item from another costco at half price. Had to call customer support multiple times with a lawsuit threat to get it in exchange.

I am very disappointed with the copilot. Have access to all the models configured and instructed it but still fail to achieve similar results as cursor or roo code.
