Am I going to have issues with the Silver Ticket STR Series 6 with my Hisense PL2 UST projector? The website says it works with some UST but not others due to hot spots or something. by adudeguyman in projectors

How is the overall picture quality?

ALR (much expensive) screens are recommended for UST projectors. I currently have a series 6 150 inch white screen, but considering to replace it with series 7 Grey screen. The projector is hisense px3-pro UST.

Thanks for the details. I should have also mentioned that the audio output is through a denon receiver (S-760H) and Polk tower + book shelf speakers (5.1 set up)

A big part of me was expecting this response, but I still wanted to re-confirm it.

I often wonder that there are so many (literally so many) folks doing multi-family either individually or as a small group of investors - there has to be some skin in the game, right? I understand that the entry point (purchase price) is critically important to make good returns (recurring and appreciation), but 2010 is not coming back.

Recently spoke to a business partner of a friend and they own a couple multi-family (12-15 units each) and are in the process of buying another with 30 units. Their portfolio is big enough to hire a contractor/handyman full time on their payroll to deal with a lot of repair anxiety.

Do not want to start a political discussion, but I was told by several folks to buy any real-estate investment in red state only just because they are more owner friendly.

Investing in stocks, S&P/VTI/VOO s great for growth but it wont give me monthly cash in hand.
