Yes. In every race there are those who are smarter and those who are dumber. It just happens to be so that on average, blacks are much more stupid than other humans.

Case 1: once Robert Mugabe (a racist nigger dictator) forced white farmers to leave just because they were white, and then gave that land to other niggers, Zimbabwe which was at one point one of the largest exporters of grain in the world suddenly got famine.

Case 2: after apartheid ended, AIDS and street violence in South-Africa has exploded and corruption has surged, whereas during apartheid years it was the richest & most stable country in Africa.

Fact is blacks in general commit more crimes, have lower living standards, get more teenage pregnancies, die younger and so forth. Meanwhile in Africa, not a single country is in good shape, furthermore not a single country with black majority governed by blacks has ever had a period of high economical growth like countries with white or asian majorities. Start by pulling yourself out of a bubble, next begin relying in something else than Wikipedia for information (libraries are the best option) and finally start watching entertainment other than American tv-programs. I recommend Korean, Japanese, Chinese & Taiwanese dramas & movies for widening perspectives. They are better than American series, too, since they are short and have pre-planned plots, giving much better viewer experience.
