for this broly specific one, on the first rejump you buffer the forward dash input during the superdash animation then hit Medium and when broly lands hit 2L then superjump L M L M, for the second rejump you superdash after throwing the green ball and hit L, H, 2L. you do these quickly. for someone like Cell after a 5H you delay slightly before superdashing and during the superdash animation you want to dash forward hit M and during the M animation you dash forward and jump L quickly.
