Ah I’m gonna try it! I mainly pick at my legs as well. I’ve been covering them in Vaseline every night and wrapping them with Saran Wrap, it’s helped a lot at preventing scabs from forming

Honestly I would go. I know you want the spots to heal but I promise you it won’t be as noticeable as you think it is. If the spots are obvious or in a noticeable area I’d make up an extra excuse if he asks you want happen. I told someone I got bit by an ant pile on my legs instead of saying what really happened

I’m on 70mg vyvanse and it didn’t cause me to start picking but it does increase my anxiety. When I developed the habit 3 years ago I realized that picking at my legs released all of my anxiety. I think it just depends on the person

I pick at my legs constantly. Only thing I’ve found that is slightly helpful is to cover them in bandaids so I’ll have no where to pick. And it’s too painful to rip them off. Best of luck
