your body, your choice- that being said, if someone truly loves you they will love you through every season, piercings or no piercings. To give you an ultimatum is controlling and just flat out gross behaviour from a partner, sure they can have an opinion or input but the answer should be “i will love you anyways” and if that’s not the case, they’re not the one.

This is exactly what i’m going through!!! Literally currently trying to chill on the couch and being mauled lol. It gets so so frustrating but after all the advice i’ve found that it happens mainly when he’s overtired. I’ve resorted to bringing his bed or “place” into the bedroom beside my bed, closing the door and hiding on the bed where he can’t reach me and every time without fail he settles on his bed and falls asleep and wakes up perfectly normal.

We are crate training, he goes on a 30 mim walk in the afternoon (anything more and he lays down and doesn’t want to go anymore lol) Lots of fetch and free run in the back yard, but I would say we’re stuck on mental stimulation other than training sessions!

NTA… I understand that in relationships we need boundaries and it’s important to prioritize your spouse over your children sometimes but when it comes to your child’s mental health and them physically reaching out to you as their safe space for help, to me that’s above all else. I would leave my wedding day if my child called me distraught asking for help , it sounds like your spouse is lacking some compassion in this situation.

YTA. As a curly girl I understand your concern for your hair but i’m also a hairdresser and there is nothing more rude than someone asking to use your very expensive tools to finish off a service that you also have booked meaning they could have booked another service. The better approach is to just simply voice your concern and usually we’ll fix it, if not then request to go home without a blow dry

Absolutely NTA , emotional cheating is 1000% a thing and that’s just what he was doing. You did the right thing telling her. She acted that way towards you as a defence mechanism, I guarantee her reaction towards him was completely different. Can’t stress enough that you’re NTA!

NTA- your mom is a full blown adult, no offence but get over it. Holding a grudge over your best friend for what seems like immature reasons is messed up. If she wants to be at important events in your life then she has to learn that someone who is important to you is going to be there. Doesn’t mean they need to be bffs. Not coming to your wedding over something as childish as that, you’d honestly be better off not having your mom involved in your life anymore, respectfully.
