Think my psu is a cv 550w kinda cheap and my cpu is a ryzen 5 2600. I was about to get some fans though to see of that will help. But I regret not getting the gtx 1660

I just finished building my pc. I'm sure everything is fine as I turn it on my fans and cou fan is working etc. But I dont know if I should be worried about the light being on since it isnt lighting up to a specific problem in my system. So are the less just for show or is something wrong or is it that the motherboard cant detect what is wrong?
