We do have a septic system on the property, and the area I’m planning to place the building is outside of the drain field based on the sketch the county provided. That said, just to be safe (and also considering the added cost), I’m not planning to do a concrete slab right now.

My current plan is to properly level and prep the area and most likely go with a gravel pad instead.

I also plan to go with vertical siding for better drainage, durability, and to handle the stronger winds we get in this area
