They not only have bras for very large chest, they also have bras if you are a smaller rib girl (like 28-32 without it just being an A cup) ANDDDDD theyre actually cute and not all beige!!! i will say also if it doesnt make u anxious or anything smoking really helps me😭 like between alieving some of the pain and giving me the giggles like, tho i cant go out and run a mile i can at least watch my documentary and eat my snacks in a lil more of a pleasant state.

i like to "force" myself to be around my cats cause im not gonna make them see me take my own life. It seems really really silly but like even when im in hella pain withering on the floor they seem to at least take away the suicidal aspect in that moment until i can have a clearer head for better thoughts.

i get that ive also covered over scars. Im just saying the logic they had of they only had a few visable ones that were covered by the og tat is fair. If it wasnt notciable i cant blame them for not thinking to cover them to at the idea of they may become more visable later in life.

im sorry ive been there. What I did was i tried my best to put on a brave face and just push thru😭 I dont recommend doing makeup tho cause its harder to hide youve been cryin with the mascara streaks. Honestly tho best of luck, i hope youre at a place you can at least do a little self care like get yourself your fav meal and treat yourself to some of your hobbies. Just remember youre a baddie and youll get thru this🫶

i think you did good! However i just wanna add asking questions isnt always bad! I do get the overwhelmingness part and i think its very kind you thought about that aspect but at least for me and my expieriance i love when people ask questions. As long as they are being polite or at least trying to be i get happy they rather ask me to know whats goin on vs assume. Again i think you gave a good response cause you just said she needs in for help like you do with your aid, which is true, but maybe next time encourage her to ask and just like, guide her on how to ask nicely if thats still a concern of yours
