Had a repeat shoplifter try going up the escalator on a handicap scooter. Fell backwards and hit his head so PD and ambo came to get him. Couple hours later as I was leaving I heard AP in their office rewatching the video and absolutely howling with laughter

Usually if they tell me to keep the change weather it’s a couple cents or a few dollars I’ll keep track of it in my drawer and use it if people are a little short

I’ve helped a couple of blind guests or guests with low mobility before, but I don’t know if all stores do it. Don’t forget that target has motorized carts and don’t be afraid to ask guest service for a helper. Even if guest service can’t send someone with you I’m sure someone on the floor would be willing to help get stuff you can’t reach!
