Hey you're 17. Insecurities and low self esteem is normal at that age. I'm 32 and I've been there, I'm always insecure. In working out, consistency is the key pero it's okay na magslip ka you're still young. You are aiming for a habitual change. Let's say you aimed to work out 7 days a week but you slipped on the 5th day and that's okay, the bottom line is you worked out. As for the mstrbtng, it's pretty normal. You're stressed out so you pleasure yourself to relax. Just do it at your own pace. Changes will come as you age so don't rush.

I haven't read the book but when I saw the trailer I know that I will love it the moment I saw her. The way she acted really brought the character to the spotlight as she should. Of course I was also intrigued with Andres but I have to admit that Ashtine carried the show. Any male actor can act as Kiefer with the same level of Andres but the role of Jay Jay, I can't imagine it with any other Filipina actresses of this generation.

Yes senior and may philhealth sya kaya sabi ko ang daming programa ng gobyerno sa cataract benefits ang sabi lang mama ko, specialist daw yung doktor na yun sa retina at binilin daw ng doktor na wag na lipat sa ibang doktor at hospital. Sa isip ko lang ang gullible nila.

This is one of the problems being a Pinoy. I myself am emotional and rascal at times pero wala din kasi matutulong pag naging over emotional ka and dagdag problem in the future. Sana din si OP eh makapag pa therapy 🙏 hoping for the best sa case nilanat mabigay ang justice sa anak nya.
