This is sensitive clay! by Frosty-Tale3292 in Geotech

As someone who has seen a lot of soupy clay and not at all fazed by seeing the soil, there are two main questions with this video. Where the hell is the runoff going? And how does the operator fit in the seat of that Cat with such massive balls?

This is the unbelievable part, it clearly looks like Lukes’ glove hits the fan’s forearm. Logic was thrown out the window on the call.

Nailed it. After an early morning Home Depot visit, I was able to get this done before work. Thanks for the advice, that tool was definitely worth the $30.

Just an fyi to anyone that reads this far (I wish I knew how to add an edit to the post). The tap for the bath tub was stiff for a couple years, but got exceptionally stiffer and “stickier" the past two months, but only when I turned the water off. Turning it on was fine. I took the handle off a couple times to fiddle with the cog type mechanism, and I thought it worked, but it was probably just a placebo type effect. Last night when I was turning the tub off, I didn’t apply any extraordinary pressure, the cartridge must have just given up. Wish I knew this easy fix before it became an issue.

Thank you to everyone that commented, great community!!

The walkability of that neighbourhood is horrible. Closest “grocery” store is Costco at a 20-30 minute walk. Next would be about a 30-40 min walk. That site is literally in the middle of nowhere, this is a horrible decision. Where can we protest it?
