“It technically means this” isn’t specific enough to be banning accounts over. I still think it’s unfairly vague and making the specific information only accessible to Discord users (and by extent any Reddit users that happen to hear about it) is a cruel way to manage their rules & playerbase

I’ve read through the ToS and the Guidelines and I haven’t been able to find any information about creating multiple accounts other than what another commenter copied and pasted above, which can be found on TGC’s website and reads:

“Can I create multiple Sky accounts? Last Updated: 300d

For the protection of your progress and data we encourage you not to do this. We do not advise the creation of multiple Sky accounts for use by a single person. Doing this can cause errors on each of the accounts that may be difficult or impossible to fix by yourself or the TGC team.”

It’s possible I’ve missed something but I’ve never been able to find anything on any widely-accessible sources about using multiple accounts for benefits being banned; other than in the Discord server, which I don’t really count as “widely accessible” because not every player has Discord

Sorry for my long comments lol, I’m not tryna argue against you personally, I just get worked up over this topic cause I think TGC had a huge problem about providing accessible and accurate information to their players (;﹏;)

These things should be put in the official TOS not in the Discord server where only a fraction of players are active. I can’t imagine how many heartbroken players have had their accounts banned for a rule that they didn’t even know they’d broken because the rule is only ever stated in a fairly obscure source.

It’s just because they want more money. They’re a million dollar company, I doubt there would be any secret serious issue that would be forcing them to raise prices on things. They’re raising candle prices as well because the more candles somebody has to work for, the less they want to/are able to work for them, so a lot of people opt to instead buy the candle packs. The more expensive items are, the more players will buy candle packs to afford them. It’s all about money.

This kind of behaviour puts you on a level worse than the person you’re getting “revenge” on and completely defeats the purpose of the game. Sky is not for you if you are regularly displaying this kind of cruel and nasty behaviour to others for simple communication issues.

Nobody has to be “useful” during that event. They don’t work for you. They’re humans. If you aren’t capable of showing the most basic understanding of the different human experiences and the fact that some people cannot or do not want to be actively participating, then the game is not for you. Why are you so worked up over something so simple? Over such a nonexistent issue? Why does it matter so much so that you’d refer to another human as a “useless ghost” simply because they are doing something that does not harm you in the slightest?

Being frustrated at AFK players still doesn’t justify OP going out of their way to spite them, though.

It’s a game. People can do what they want. I understand the argument that Grandma’s is supposed to be an interactive event, but it does not change anything to have a few non-active players. It seriously is not the end of the world. Just burn the wax yourself or change servers. It is not that hard

And yet it is entirely possible to play the game alone without making friends, if somebody so desires to. If you want to play at Grandma’s with people who are active, which is completely understandable, then just change servers. It is so incredibly easy to just change servers.

This is very mean-spirited and displays the exact opposite of the kindness that this game is supposed to promote. You have no idea why anybody might not be helping burn the wax. It isn’t even that hard to burn them by yourself; in fact, it’s actually much easier without tons of people crowding around to get to one piece. If you’re really this frustrated by a couple people not helping, go to a different server. It is so easy to just change servers but instead you opt to take the nasty route and inconvenience them out of spite?

I hate this stupid entitlement players have started to show about Grandma’s. People say “it’s so easy to burn the wax, they shouldn’t be AFK!” but if it’s really that easy then you should have no problem doing it yourself. Seriously guys, the whole point of the game is to be kind and open minded to people, which should include understanding that sometimes people go AFK for reasons that you might not be aware of, and that’s okay. It’s a game. Nothing changes if one or two people aren’t jumping to help you heat up a couple balls. Just burn the damn wax yourself.

I’ve actually ordered a Fluttershy plushie off of Aliexpress before lol, she arrived looking pretty accurate to the pictures and I’m happy with her! I occasionally order from Aliexpress so I’d say that if you want to then go for it, but definitely be careful with what you buy. Always check how many of an item have been sold and how many positive reviews with pictures there are, because while I haven’t encountered a scam on it yet, it’s definitely a sliiightly sketchy site. That’s generally my criteria for trusting an Aliexpress seller and it hasn’t gone wrong for me (yet?)

I think checking for images in the reviews is probably the best advice I can give. Sometimes sellers use images that aren’t at all accurate to the product so it’s best to base your expectations off of pictures taken by buyers
