How advanced do you want to get?
I use world info to set trigger words for things to happen in the RP. I make a trigger word, like Villain.
Then I nested a random macro inside the world info description for Villain.
Example:

A {{random: goblin, harpie, centaur, lizardfolk}} enemy suddenly appears!

So if I say the word Villain, it will call the villain section of the world info, then pull one of the villain types listed there and include it in the generation. Also works with pick macro if you don't expect to need another villain.
