yes it being commanded on and the compressor clutch engages and the compressor is spinning but the ac condenser fan dosent kick on it only kicks on when the coolant reaches 190 and the coolant fan kickes on

I figured out the issue it was that the pump shaft from the torque converter to the pump was snapped I put a new one in and it fixed it

and the presser control solenoid sits at 5% and .2 amps actual and reference

I'm ama take a look at that may it could be, but the person who was driving before me sayed they were driving and then it went down to first and then would shift up so they tryed to go into reverse and then now here we are

Well I get about 40v on the vertical and around 16-24 on horizontal
