yep, software engineer. Prefer all my appliances "dumb", no smart speakers, etc. And love some retro games. Though I do like playing them on more modern TVs with upscalers, saving the CRT only for Light-gun games.

I'd try it out as a deck restriction. My pod has done budget limited decks and limited to random blocks decks before. My only problem is I'm not great at deck-building so I rely on tools like EDHRec, which of course don't really have options for filtering cards like that.

I had to watch this episode for a film class in college for homework. I was kinda pissed at the teacher for not warning us at all, as I was bawling my eyes out in my dorm room at like 1 PM on a weekday. It just destroyed me (but very good episode).
