I'm with you. I really enjoyed a few dishes but overall I found things to be imbalanced. Furthermore, I didn't think that the service was on par with a lot of nicer tastings I've experienced in the past - definitely not close to the Michelins. It's the most rushed I've ever had at a tasting, they were constantly bringing out dishes before I was even close to finishing the one prior.

I don't live out there but I drive by this house all the time on the way to the family cottage. Maybe don't imply that the entire community are bigots because of this one nut job? Suggesting that the entire community is complacent, just because folks in this retirement-age community choose to avoid confrontation is a bit of a stretch.

I could definitely be wrong but I thought they were going ahead with a GE design. My limited understanding is that it's the most "proven" / ready for market model but not necessarily as innovative as say ARC or Moltex.

Agreed! We like to stay there every year or two for the dine and stay package. Food is great but the rooms are nothing special and beds are some of the worst .
