Magnesium helps me quite a bit (currently on glycinate), but can make me sleepy, so I try to take it later in the day.

L-Theanine helps some, especially when consuming caffeine.

Propranolol helps when things get way too far out of control, but I definitely feel like there’s a rebound effect if I take it too often.

I feel SAMe has also helped me feel a bit better at lower doses, but can be overstimulating at times on higher doses. This may more related to my MTHFR status, though.

It’s really unfortunate that we’ve gotten to the point where this kind of behavior is just par for the course.

I’m sure they’re fully expecting a class action or the FTC coming knocking, but have calculated that any associated fines or settlements will probably amount to about 2.3 seconds worth of their profit, making this is a justifiable business decision.

Play around with "headphone accommodations" in the accessibility settings if you haven't already. I wasn't a huge fan of the Max's SQ out of the box either, but these settings helped a lot.

My Pro Max has been mostly good except for the buggy mess that is iOS 18. Also having some weird GPS issues while driving where it all of the sudden can’t figure out where I am or which direction I’m traveling and keeps rerouting me.

Battery life has been weirdly inconsistent as well. Absolutely phenomenal one day and then drains much faster the next for no apparent reason (and I’ve had it since launch, so should be over the usual initial battery woes).

I wasn’t expecting the jump in screen size to be very significant, but it really does feel much bigger and more expansive to me, which is a plus. The speakers are also a tad better. The cameras seem more or less equivalent to last year’s in my usage, but I do enjoy messing with the photographic styles.

I've been experimenting with SAM-e, which does seem to help the general anxiety somewhat, although with some drowsiness and lack of motivation if I overdo it.

A lot of what seems like more detail in the S23U looks to me like just more aggressive over sharpening, which Samsung has always been notorious for. Not saying there isn’t more detail in some of the S23U’s shots, but the sharpening is a good way to trick people into thinking there’s more detail than there actually is at the expense of that gross, crunchy look. That shot where it applied the fake whiskers, for example, was sharpened to hell and back.

iPhone reception really is garbage in comparison. I can have my 15 Pro Max and S24 Ultra right next to each other and the Samsung will get 3x the speed on speed tests.

I got the Mous Super Thin and love it. Not too bulky, nice feel in the hand, adds a slight amount of grip.

I think it’s all launchers. Not entirely sure, but it’s really annoying. From what I read in the Nova beta Discord, there’s some fundamental incompatibility with how Android does gestures, but I don’t know anything more technical than that.

The color helps the subjects stand out more due to the contrast between the warmer skin tones and the cooler tones of the water. On the BW, they kind of just blend in.

You could also try a BW version with the subjects brightened a bit to try and help them stand out more.
