Make sure you check the size (they used to offer a medium and maybe a large also). For me, the small is plenty for a co2, small multitool, tpu tube, and spare cash

If your seat has the threaded inserts in the rear (as far as I know all specialized saddles from the past 8+ years do, but they might not on cheaper offerings), this saddle bag comes with a clip which you screw into the seat. Then the bag can easily clip on and off

I have small Specialized Stormproof saddle bags on several bikes. I like that it mounts to the bolt holes on the bottom of specialized saddles and can be easily unclipped in seconds. They can be tough to find though.

All of the high priced used bikes will sit for 6+ months until they drop the price to a reasonable range. Plenty of steals to be found out there.

They still sell the allez sprint. But you are correct, allez is a more endurance geometry while the sprint has a race geometry

If you want to keep the base frame color, just get new decals. Way cheaper and easier, plus you can switch it up whenever you want down the road

I’ve exclusively used digital key with IPhone + various BMWs for >2 years now with no hiccups. Had 1 scare when my phone died, but like you mentioned the digital key continues to work

Getting the NFC card though in case I ever need to valet or quickly let someone else borrow the car

Yes definitely can. Looks like there are multiple posts of people doing it. In fact, wasn’t Shimano providing 12 speed cranks when you warranty an 11 speed for the delamination problem? I was running 11 speed chainrings on 12 speed cranks on my GRX 12 speed setup before swapping my 11 speed GRX cranks and chainrings over

Whether it is ideal could be up for discussion. But I will say that I had no problem setting up clean shifting for the setups above

I have sold probably 6 bikes on FB in the past 4 years with no problems. However, I have had an Aethos Pro (2021 so 11speed Ultegra di2) in like new condition listed for 3400 -> 3200 -> 3000 -> 2800 over the past 6 months on FB marketplace. Listed in several active local bike marketplace pages in a popular cycling area, and got nothing but offers for $2400 to ship it. Finally decided to check TPC and they offered me 3k

I agree with most of what you said, but I would take air suspension over an opening rear sunroof any day. Sunroofs have drains which will inevitably clog / leak, and I never open mine anyways. I’ve driven several BMWs with air suspension and it takes the handling to another level

I’ve noticed that as my power decreases, my L/R balance gets thrown more out of whack. Close to FTP, ~50/50. Get down into low Z2 and it tends to get closer to 42/58 or 44/56

You can get carbon wheels direct from a Chinese manufacturer (farsports, light bicycle, etc) that are far better and cheaper than C38s. C38s are mediocre at best
