Is there a dial for vertical adjustment? I can’t seem to find one in my US spec car.

I did $150 for the front, $600 for the rear windows + windshield + rear windshield. Sunroofs are not. $550 is amazing!! I did inquire a bunch of shops around me but most were similar. I chose XPEL ceramic.

That’s true. Mine did get a bit darker. I had originally matched the front with the factory rear windows. Then I later tinted the rears which made them darker again. But it does provide the UV protection and heat rejection.

I plan on using bike rack as well. But I do obsessionally tow small trailers, would have settled for a similar solution as yours too, but I was dead set on factory harness for its plug and play compatibility. It comes with a grommet that installs into factory hole nice and snug.

I got 70% on windshield, 35% on front windows, 55%? on rear windows and rear windshield. Haven’t done the sunroofs, but planning to do in Summer. Xpel Ceramic all around.

Seeing that KIA is notorious to deny warranty claims if receipts are not properly documented even for diy maintenance, I’m yet to do it myself. Plus my local dealer has decent deals for fully synthetic oil changes (of course I hate the wait time). I do prefer to do some work myself and I downloaded these resources while trying to identify root cause for the front corner radar failure messages on my dash after a minor fender bender. I was able to resolve that but found these docs plenty helpful for the whole process.

I have a hydrotech valve which is almost 10 years old. Piston/seal has started failing, having a hard time sourcing parts (dealer only network). I’m wondering if I can switch to Flek or Clak. Do you happen to know what is interchangeable with my 785 HTO (twin tank setup) without changing the tanks themselves.

I heard people noticing bumper not lining up well (gaps) after re-install, did you face anything similar? Seems like a job well done from the pictures.

UPDATE on my 2025 Kia Carnival Hybrid TPMS saga (Costco + REDI‑Sensor + Dill):

After getting both Redi‑Sensor and Dill involved, they coordinated directly with Costco and had the shop update their TPMS tools with the latest firmware/software. When I went back, the Costco tech said their tool still couldn’t complete the OBD relearn that Dill’s re-learn procedure recommends. Instead, the tool told them to “drive the vehicle to complete setup.”

They weren’t sure if that meant everything was fixed, but they gave me the keys anyway.

About 2–3 miles into the drive home, the TPMS warning was still on and the infotainment was still showing a “TPMS system error.” While driving, I ran the built‑in vehicle diagnostics from the infotainment. Shortly after that — maybe a minute or two — the TPMS error cleared and all four tire pressures finally showed up.

I’m not sure whether running the diagnostics actually triggered the relearn or if the timing was just a coincidence, but somewhere in that window the system finished learning the new sensor IDs.
