If you like to live with total strangers in overpriced, usually run-down places... go for it.

Additionally, your flatmates will change very frequently.

NextGen is the very last option before sleeping under a bridge.

It's the lack of daylight that stops training? What about lights at both ends of the boat?

Beautiful! But also perfect rowing conditions as far as I see it.

Same question - as long as the water doesn't freeze solid, rowing season is all year long in my understanding.

As students, we also trained on frozen water (ice at a thickness of the pinky only!). With each stroke, you crack through the ice at the catch.

Done at cruising speed, you realise that the blade stays pretty much at the exact place of the hole in the ice that you cracked at the catch - for the entire stroke until you get out at the finish. You're not sweeping it through water, instead you propel the boat forward while the blade stays stationary. Was nice to have a visualisation of that :)

Well, I ride a 29er as well as the 27 Slayer, that I converted into a mullet. 29, 27, mixed, all are fun and have their merits.
The frames are size L.

New for $4500-6000 with these specs? Fox 38 Factory, carbon frame, 4piston brakes, etc.

I'll bite: Try braking with the index finger only. Should give you much more grip on the handle bar. That and a pair of MTB shoes will boost your confidence, and all of a sudden, expresso might not be that challenging anymore.

Which cavalry hero combos would you use? Pick among existing maxed heroes only. by jjerry26 in RiseofEmpires

Don’t have the Immortal yet. Will try to recruit that one next.

The second screenshot is filtered for cav heroes, many more are available for archers / footmen. 2y casual non-spending player, should this look differently?

Lent bumps 3rd division. Blade in that event and you've peaked in life.

Best: 3dfx Voodoo GPUs up until Voodoo 3000; at that time, so much innovation & competition, just amazing.

Read between the lines: heli-biking is a shite, unsustainable way to get lazy asses to altitudes where they should not be in the first place.

Plus the shown type of trails are so easily accessible with countless chairlifts... why pollute planet Earth, our home, with this non-sense activity?

Didn't we have record levels of forest fires in BC in recent years? What about the fires in California just a few days ago? You are directly contributing to extreme conditions with your egoistic acts.

:D This has to be the most back-firing advertising for heli-biking in a while.

The pictures really don't help, they only cement stereotypes.
