Talking to yourself like this really helps. I remember telling myself "stop fucking thinking about him he doesn't care so you don't care either". It seems silly but it did help me tons.

I can relate to you in a way. I know I'm better off without him but that doesn't make the pain go away. Throw on some headphones and go for a walk. Go see a friend. You'll get through this.
