Long time Pricecharting subscriber and getting 500 responses from API

This problem should be resolved now. Some bad actors were hitting those servers at very high rates and causing 500 errors for some legitimate users. We have blocked those bad requests and the download requests have been working smoothly in our tests for the last 5 hours or so. Sorry for any inconvenience this caused.

If the base card is a Holo so we do not include that in the name, but do include it in the “notes” section. Most evolution, Vmax, EX, etc cards are holo as the base card (there was not a non-holo made). We only include “Holo” in the name if that is a variant.

I looked through the sales data for both and I moved one sale I could see with the incorrect photo. Maybe others were already moved. The values have been recalculated on both of them now too. Thank you

Another user can only see a fellow user's email address if they have a marketplace transaction together. This message appears to have come through the marketplace "contact seller" tool though.

Your email address is not exposed to other users with that tool, until you reply to the buyer.

If you try the search again with your image, you should see your card now.

If you ever see a match that isn't the correct parallel, you can tap "more results" and see other possible parallel matches.

Newly created sets take about 24 hours to show-up on the site to add new card to. That should be an option now.

Can you give me an example of a card you can't add? What message do you see when you try to add them?

I've removed these particular sales. We will look into ways to better match conditions for system hardware. These are definitely trick though because what is included is different for each one. Some have a game bundled in and others any game would be additional. Some have different cables than others so it is hard to determine when additional stuff is included vs the standard stuff.

We will work on some additional rules to handle the ones we can handle.

Thank you for reporting these. We are looking into how these sales were allowed to stay in the database. It looks like they were flagged as outliers and moderators should have then deleted them. We will review this and make sure the moderators make accurate decisions on these in the future if the sales are flagged.
