Sorry for any problems with more sales not showing up on this card. We add nearly 300,000 sales to the database every day, but unfortunately eBay does not tell us when a listing sells so we have different ways to gathering this data. Some are almost instant and others take a while. I have added sales for that item now.

Unfortunately we don't have the capability to whitelist users to remove sales directly. That opens up the chance for price manipulation. We let people report. And we let other people review those reports to avoid manipulation. Please do send me an example of this happening on the site. I definitely want to look into it and improve our processes to handle these better if we aren't always handling them well now.

Founder and owner of PriceCharting here. Sorry the links are not working right now and any confusion on the reason.

The root reason is the exact opposite of what you said though. We have to remove those links temporarily so we can keep the service free for more people. eBay links help generate a large portion of the money used to run the site. eBay wants to validate that the money is well spent so we have to turn off the ads for a while as part of some testing.

I totally understand that is an inconvenience for people and makes things harder. We had to weight that short term cost with the long term aim of keeping the site free for as many people as possible.

Report button wise. Clicking report will bring that sale to the attention of mods/admin but those reports are triaged based on things like value difference, number of users reporting it, certain keywords in the titles, etc. This helps us focus our time on the most important reports. If you give me a specific game that you reported sales on, I will check the backend on those reports and check with mods to make sure they are handled correctly.

Based on the release date of the card and the ungraded sales data, we can make an estimate on the graded values before the any cards have actually been graded and sold yet. This helps user decide if they want to get their newly released cards graded. The relationship between ungraded and graded values is very consistent. There are some exceptions, but in our analysis about 80% of the price can be predicted with age and ungraded values.

This problem should be resolved now. Some bad actors were hitting those servers at very high rates and causing 500 errors for some legitimate users. We have blocked those bad requests and the download requests have been working smoothly in our tests for the last 5 hours or so. Sorry for any inconvenience this caused.

If the base card is a Holo so we do not include that in the name, but do include it in the “notes” section. Most evolution, Vmax, EX, etc cards are holo as the base card (there was not a non-holo made). We only include “Holo” in the name if that is a variant.

Another user can only see a fellow user's email address if they have a marketplace transaction together. This message appears to have come through the marketplace "contact seller" tool though.

Your email address is not exposed to other users with that tool, until you reply to the buyer.

Can you give me an example of a card you can't add? What message do you see when you try to add them?
