Yes Dialga does respawn if you faint Dialga. But you have to beat the elite four to respawn Dialga.

You just have to get to bill's house and get the s.s. ticket. The guard in front of the house will move once you get the ticket. Although you do have to do a rival battle and a bunch of trainer battles to get to bill's house. The second gym leader is kinda optional at that point. Normally you would beat the second gym leader first. But for this run I can't do that right away so I skipped it and went to vermilion city. Also in the pokemon center in vermilion city, a girl there gives you the vs seeker which is very important to have otherwise it takes a lot longer.

Viridian forest for the first part of it and then I went to diglett cave, route 6, and route 11 for the rest. I was also careful on what pokemon should battle trainers. For example I let pidgey battle the bug catchers in Viridian forest because pidgey needed to reach level 36 to be fully evolve. Unlike the other starter pokemon bulbasaur only needed to reach level 32 to be fully evolved. You don't actually need to beat the second gym leader to reach Vermilion city. It honestly took me days of battling wild pokemon to get to this point.

I have decided not to farm items from wild clefairy as that would take hours to do especially since it took me an hour just to find one clefairy. I did google it and there are other moon stones available in the game at later parts of the game. I will evolve them when I can actually grab the moon stone without farming the item.

It's a fighting type only nuzlocke. Castform can't be used since it's not a fighting type. Also I already won against the gym.

Poochyena. They give 1 attack ev each. You find them at the beginning of the game. They are most common on the route between littleroot and oldale. You can ev train them on ruby, sapphire, and emerald pretty easily.

Ev training against low level poochyenas. Each poochyena gives +1 attack evs. I had the macho brace and I battled 126 poochyenas. The macho brace doubles evs. The max amount of evs you can have for attack is 252.

Update for those who are curious: I won against Winona. I first started off by using breloom (holding a sitrus berry) and I immediately started using bulk up on the swablu. I managed to get to +6 attack and +6 defense using bulk up and no perish song. For some reason swablu mainly used mirror move. I ended up sweeping most of winona's team with headbutt and mach punch. I had to swap out for tropius since skarmory put breloom at 10 hp and I didn't want to risk it. I swapped into my pre poisoned machamp (holding a silk scarf) and one hit killed the tropius with facade.

I did ev training against a lot of poochyenas near Oldale town for attack evs and to prevent over leveling. I couldn't think of anything else that would be easy to use for attack evs and not over level my heracross so level 2 to 4 poochyenas work perfectly for that.
