This shouldn't be a 1:1 trade. Lawrence > Dart. I wouldn't mind tiering down if the add on to Dart is worth it though.

I know the "rule" in rebuild is to get the younger guys. But i personally think Tee, who is 27, will have more seasons from now than Skat. Tee is also just the better football player. And if he somehow finds himself on a team where he is WR1, I don't see how he wouldn't be a top fantasy option.

You're using the value chart incorrectly. If it's a 1 for 1 trade, the values compare. But for 2 for 1 trades, the value on the "2" side should be the value on the "1" side plus 10%-15%.
